1. How should I store my cookies?

For best freshness, store PROTREATS in an airtight container at room temperature for a short period of time. If you are looking to have them later, store in the freezer, and follow the care card instructions in your cookie box!

2. I'm too lazy to follow the care card instructions. Can I just microwave them?

ABSOLUTELY. When I'm in a pinch, I love to microwave for the best flavor! PROTREATS are baked fresh and shipped to you same day, but because of the winter and tundra in Ohio, it's recommended to follow the care card instructions. Feeling lazy? Just microwave :) Some people love eating the cookies and cream without heating up. It's all your preference!

How soon do your cookies ship out?

Cookies are baked and shipped same day on the Monday after placing your order! I'm generally baking around the clock to get pick up orders out to the local area, but if you are ordering for shipping, you can expect to receive your cookies typically between 1-4 business days, depending on your zone. Shipping availability and timelines are listed at checkout! Because PROTREATS are freshly baked, shipping schedules may vary. 

3. Can I hold or schedule an order?

4. Where are PROTREATS made?

PROTREATS are made in small batches in compliance with local cottage food regulations. 

5. I have a non-communicable disease (such as diabetes). Can I have PROTREATS? 

PROTREATS are food products, not medical or therapeutic foods. These products are not tailored to be weight loss supplements or alternatives, or health management products. PROTREATS cannot provide medicacl advice or make health claims related to medical conditions. It is best you consult your healthcare provider before consuming PROTREATS.  

6. Are nutrition facts medically verified or lab tested?

No. Nutrition facts are solely provided in good faith for the community. Nutrition facts are estimates based on ingredient calculations, cookie weight and batch count. Values may vary. 

7. Do you offer catering or bulk orders?

Yes! PROTREATS offers catering and bulk orders for events, gyms, teams, celebrations and special occasions. Please email your request to protreatsbyair@gmail.com

8. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

PROTREATS is doing it's absolute best to accommodate those who are gluten free, refined sugar free, or dairy free. If you are interested in a specific flavor, please email or message directly to have your cookies SPECIFICALLY gluten free and tailored to your needs. This request can only be made after payment is received.
